Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing fiance JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our clan. People often recognize my username as @annephung on Instagram, where I chronicle my adventures ranging from ups to the downs. The year 1990 was the time I emigrated to America along with my family, including my brothers and parents when I turned one-and-half. If it wasn't for my parents' devotion to hard work and sacrifice it is likely that I would not be with you sharing my journey. So that they could give their children an opportunity to live a prosperous future, I focused on success and worked hard in order to reach it. My plan of life was: I would attend university, find an employment in a company as well as marry and then buy the house. I believed that this was the epitome of success but life was not so sure to demonstrate the meaning of success. My corporate job in 2013 was something I dreaded. The status and wealth were not what I needed to feel happy. I felt I wasted my life to earn a paycheck. It was in 2013 that I realized that my passion was exercising. I also loved socializing and being able to aid other people. On the path towards this new direction in life, I started to find the personal training I needed. This year I'll be celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014, I started my own small business. There are a few Asian women in the industry. To be a leader in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and assist others in achieving an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to their specific needs and help them achieve their objectives. Also, I strive to inspire people to pursue their desires and accomplish anything and everything they want to do in their life. When my business was taking flight I also lost my mom. This loss is the most devastating of them everything. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always be in my heart and brain. There is a lot we can learn from our experiences, though it may be difficult to see it now. It was my mother's unexpected death that shaped me forever. It was a true blessing. that it provided me with a chance at the next stage of my life. Her passing on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start a new life. It was my second chance to live a full and happy life. What I'm experiencing in my 30s is an experience of aliveness and awareness. It's as if that I'm living my life, instead of just being. The purpose of sharing my experience is to let you know that, you are not the only one. I want you to be aware that love exists and that a therapy session can be regular. Your health is truly the most important asset you have. As death is all that we can have I wish you a great time in the rest of your days and live with no regrets.
