April Lockhart

April Lockhart (born July 4 in 1995) started her journey in music at the age of 7 when she took guitar and piano lessons. When she was 12 years old, April composed her first single Different. When she was 14 April was a big devotee of her time singing and writing songs. Then, in the following months, April began traveling with her father and to write songs in NY as well as LA. April also included additional topics in her track, Take my Hand. These topics were for friends that dealt with issues such as peer pressure issues or even teenage suicide thinking. Lockhart is a partner at popular cosmetics brand Ilia as well as a lifestyle blogger who has a growing fan base. Her disability is a part of her persona, however it's not all of the image. Lockhart's profile on Twitter doesn't shy away from her being disabled and does not concentrate on the fact that she is disabled. What is the message? The message is that we all share multiple identities and are far more complicated than we believe we're. I don't want that to be the only thing that defines me. I don't intend to become an influencer where that's all I talk about because there are so many other things about me. Lockhart states in video form from her house in Nashville. It doesn't affect my daily life. It's all normal, and I've learned how to adapt. The same is true for me, and I believe it's something that needs to be addressed. Lockhart is a huge inspiration to her fellow women in the area of self-acceptance. Even so, Lockhart admits that she has had periods that made her feel uncomfortable about her appearance and wearing clothing which displayed her arms. She now wears any outfit she wishes and shares pictures on Facebook with pride. Self-love for her was always a lengthy journey. It's true for all regardless of levels of anxiety. It's my opinion that having those close to you who truly are aware of you and know your heart is really important since they'll be those who will remind you what you worried about?
