Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on January 30, 1941 at Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old, he moved with his family from Nebraska to Casper located in western region of Wyoming and his father was the director of the district for soil conservation in Casper in the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
